Das mondëna quartet veröffentlicht mit "Circles" sein langersehntes Debütalbum. Nach erfolgreichen Kollaborationen mit Künstlern wie Sven Helbig, Felix Räuber und Felix Rösch präsentieren die vier Leipziger Musikerinnen erstmals spannende Eigenkompositionen.

Inspiriert von Neoklassik, aber auch von Folk, Pop und Filmmusik nehmen sie ihre Zuhörer mit auf eine Reise zwischen verträumten sphärischen Klängen, temperamentvollen Momenten und stürmischen Emotionen. Ein Streichquartett-Album voller Vielfalt und Kontraste, Sehnsucht und Erfüllung, Schmerz und Freude - so wie das Leben selbst.

With "Circles", the mondëna quartet releases its long-awaited debut album. After successful collaboration with artists such as Sven Helbig, Felix Räuber and Felix Rösch, the four Leipzig musicians present exciting original compositions for the first time.

Inspired by neo-classical music, but also by folk, pop and film music, they take their listeners on a journey between dreamy ethereal sounds, spirited moments and stormy emotions. A string quartet album full of variety and contrasts, longing and fulfilment, pain and joy - just like life itself.
